| Sunoh.fm also collects data for user's listening history on the Sunoh.fm website and Sunoh.fm-Desktop, which is a down-loadable software that runs on user's PC. As soon as a user signs-up up at Sunoh.fm website, our Listening Preferences Tracker will start building and storing your music listening history. This would include any songs you play, song you skip, and songs you favorite. Besides that Sunoh.fm will also store information on artist pages you visit, artists you favorite. Sunoh.fm's down-loadable software sends user's music listening tastes for storage and processing on Sunoh.fm servers. All this data collected about your activities is then displayed on your profile to show your listening preferences. |

| Sunoh.fm reserves the rights to sell or license listening data for commercial use. However users should note that the data licensed by Sunoh.fm to a 3rd party will never enable the 3rd party to associate the data with the end-user. In other words, Sunoh.fm will license only anonymized data to 3rd parties. |
| Sunoh.fm Software |
| Sunoh.fm provides a down-loadable software, Sunoh.fm-Desktop, that runs on user's PC. The software tracks your music listening activity on your PC and sends this information to Sunoh.fm to further enhance your profile. This software will not track and send information besides what is mentioned above. Even though Sunoh.fm had conducts extensive testing of it's software, Sunoh.fm cannot be held liable for any damage that may occur to your computer as a result of downloading and installing the software. Sunoh.fm also shall not be liable for any invasion of privacy resulting from the download/use of the software. |
| From time-to-time, Sunoh.fm will be releasing new releases of the software that would include new features and potential bug fixes. As a user, you would be asked to upgrade to the new version of the software. If any of the updates results in "material change" to the privacy policy, Sunoh.fm will notify you via internet mail according to the preference expressed on your account. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgment. |

Any information you provide on Scrapbook of any user or artists automatically becomes public information. Sunoh.fm will not be held liable for any personal information you made public which otherwise you did not intend to. |
| Sunoh.fm also enables it's users to send personal messages to each other. Sunoh.fm advises it's uses to take utmost care while communicating with any other user at Sunoh.fm and will not be held liable for any issues arising out of such an interaction. |
| Sunoh.fm will monitor any information you send across Scrapbook and Inbox for potential abuse include obscenity, defamation, abusive language, or any other spam techniques. Sunoh.fm reserves complete rights to remove any such information without notice. |
